Your avanan portal should be something like https://yourdomain.avanan.com.
It should look something like this.

This is where you will log in to manage avanan.

Once logged in you'll be presented a page like below.

Most of your time will be under User Interaction → Restore Requests.
 

Here you can view e-mails users have requested to allow through.

Once you review the e-mail by clicking on it you can restore it if you deeam it safe.

Another place you might find useful is mail explorer.
 

You can use this to search for mail and disposition of said mail.
