Install the Client Software
Windows
- Download Windows Download
- Double-click the downloaded file.
- Accept the default settings on each screen of the wizard.
- To add a desktop icon or a Quick Launch icon, Select the check box in the wizard that matches the option.
- Finish and exit the wizard
Mac OS X
- Download MAC Download
- Double-click the downloaded file.
- In the WatchGuard Mobile VPN volume, double-click WatchGuard Mobile VPN with SSL Installer.mpkg
- Accept the default settings on each screen of the installer.
- Finish and exit the installer.
Connect to your Private Network
NOTE: This can only be done outside of the network.
Windows
- Double-click the Mobile VPN with SSL icon on your desktop or your Quick Launch toolbar.
- Type the information provided for the device you want to connect to, and your username and password (see example below)
- Click [Connect].
NOTE: If you receive a security alert similar to the one below, click [Yes].
Mac OS X
- Open a Finder windows. Go to Applications > WatchGuard and double-click the WatchGuard Mobile VPM with SSL application.
The WatchGuard Mobile VPN with SSL icon appears in the menu bar. - Click on the icon on the menu bar to select connect
- Type the information provided for the device you want to connect to, and the username and password for the user.
- Click connect.
NOTE: If you receive a security alert similar to the one below, click [Yes].
