Introduction

Delegation is a method to include multiple recipients in the handling and distributing of incoming faxes. It reduces redundancy and marks a single fax as read for a group rather than forcing every member to mark it read for themselves. Once a user has been set up for delegation, their personal cloud fax page will look slightly different.

The new drop-down in the user name field will now show your login and any inbox for which you are listed as a delegate. Selecting the delegated box will take you to that user or group's history of inbound, outbound, and queued faxes.  If there are unread faxes in the group, they will be marked read for all participants when they are viewed. You still have the option to forward, delete, or otherwise handle the faxes in the same manner as you would in your history.  

This will ultimately reduce redundancy and make group fax handling more efficient.  Notifications are, by default, sent to all delegation members, but this can be changed if necessary.
