Introduction

The fax spot is part of the Web Fax Composer Installation Package, and allows you to visually see the status of your inbox in your taskbar. This installation package can be requested by contacting your system administrator or opening a ticket with Allegiant Support. 

NOTE: This application is only supported on Windows 10 or above.

Logging In the Application

After the installation, the fax spot should start with Windows. You may need to start it manually if you do not see it running in your toolbar.

To locate the application in your toolbar, look for the following icon.

Right-click on it and select Account Settings.

The URL should be populated for you, but if not, please use https://securecloudfax.com.

Select Basic Authentication
Populate with your Fax Credentials

Select OK

Now navigate to your toolbar, and the icon should be green.

If you have waiting faxes your icon will be yellow and flashing, Hovering over the icon will display the information making it this color.

You can also right-click on the icon and select Launch Web Client, which will auto-log you in and show you your fax home page.
