Browse to https://my.axcient.net/
Enter your user name and password.

Go to Devices and select the device you want to restore files from:
 

Click recovery wizard at the top right.

Select the type of recovery (if you need anything other than files & folders please reach out to support allegiant support).

Select the server you want to restore:
 

Select the backup date and restore point you want to get files from and click recover.
 

This will spin up a FTP server with details so you can login and download our suggested ftp application is either filezilla.  The backup will expire in 30 days.

The details to connect to the ftp server are displayed.  From there you can transfer files to the location needed.
