When doing edits to your CAIRO it is a good Idea to create a copy of the current setup before you start.

Click on the duplicate button.

Once you select Duplicate, it takes you to the following screen, as if you were creating a new one. At this point, you now have a copy and can just click the AI Receptionists selection at the top and then continue with your edit. The following screens show information that you would see if you scrolled to the bottom of the page and just continued with next. You will see the name states copy, and the AI Receptionist number is blank.
