Overview

This Knowledge Base article provides step-by-step instructions for accessing the Streamline IT portal for the first time. Users will be guided through locating the login page, identifying their username format, setting an initial password, and completing email-based verification.


Step 1: Access the Login Page

  1. Open a web browser.
  2. Navigate to: https://connect.allegiantnetworks.com

Step 2: Enter Company and Username

  1. In the Company field, enter allegiant
  2. In the Username field, enter your username using the following format: First initial + last name

Username Examples

  • John Smith → jsmith
  • Jane Does → jdoe

Step 3: Set Your Password (First-Time Login)

  1. Select Forgot password? below the login fields.
  2. Click Send to receive password reset instructions via email.

  1. Open the email and follow the provided steps to create your password.

Step 4: Log In with Your New Password

  1. Return to the login page.
  2. Repeat Step 2 to enter your company name and username.
  3. Enter the password you just created.

Step 5: Complete Email Verification

  • A verification code will be sent to your email address.
  • Enter the verification code when prompted to complete the login process.

Once verified, you will be successfully logged in to Streamline IT.
