This article walks you through collecting the details in the mobile app that are needed to troubleshoot issues. While not all issues require this detail, you might be directed to this article if the issue becomes complex.
First, You will need to navigate to the settings menu based on your phone type. Using the tabs below you can follow along with the appropriate screen shots.

Enable Logging

Enable SIP Logging, Then select Done in the top right.

Enable Troubleshooting Log
Now that we have logging enabled, You will want to recreate the issue you are having and send the logs over to your support specialist.
Once you have recreated the issue and are ready to send the log file, We need to get back into settings as you did in the first step, Then follow the steps below to collect the logs on your device.
iOS
Select the “SIP Log” option
Android
Select the “Logs” Option under Information
Once you select this, you will see a screen like the one below based on your device type, Go ahead and click Share and send the log file to your support engineer. If you don't already have a ticket please call 913.599.6900 or email support@allegiantnow.com to get one opened up.
NOTE: If you are opening a new ticket, please don't share the log file with the support email above. Open the ticket with your email client and once you get a response from the ticketing system, you can update the ticket with the log file by replying and attaching the log file.

Once you select Share, hit “Other” If you hit “Send to Acrobits” we will not get this log file.
You will now see the standard share options on your phone. You can either save the file to your phone or select your email client on your phone and send it that way.

Now that you have captured the log file, Please follow the steps in the beginning of the article to disable the SIP Logging. Leaving this logging enabled will cause unnecessary storage to be used on the phone.
