Persona Connect: Sharing Call Examples

This document will walk you through sharing call examples for support

Login to your account on the portal - https://portal.personacloud.net
 

NOTE: This can only be done by the Office/Site Administrator or Above. If you don't have these permissions, you can provide the following data for them to locate it.

Call To (Telephone Number) :
Direction (Inbound/Outbound) :

Go To Call History



 

Now we need to click on the Cradle to Grave Icon to see what happened.



If this menu does not explain what happened to the call to solve the issue, we can click "View SIP Flow"



When you click on the SIP Flow, this gives advanced details about the call. Simply click the Share button, and a link will be copied to your clipboard. 



Now that we have the SIP Flow copied, you can share that with the support team so they can Identify what happened on that call.
