Installing the Chrome Extension
For a video walkthrough of the installation see attached video in the top right
Step 1
Download the Agent_Chrome_Extension.zip file attached to this document. (Top Right)
Unzip the files into a single folder
NOTE: When selecting unpacked extension you must select the extracted files not the zipped up file.
Step 2
Click the link at the top right to download the ZIP file with the MBC Client.
Step 3
Once you click the link it will download the file to your computer. We need to unzip this file.
Step 4
Open Google Chrome and Open Extension
Step 5
Enable Developer Mode
Step 6
Select Load Unpacked on the left and located the unzipped folder.
Select the PersonaEngage Folder
Now the extension should be loaded
If you receive the error below, Try again and make sure you are selecting the folder called "PersonaEngage" for Step 6

Pin the extension
Logging In
Once you have the Chrome extension installed you will want to login. The information in the email that was sent to you should have all the fields to get you signed in. If you are having login issues please contact our support team by emailing support@allegiantusa.com or calling 913-599-6900
Dashboard or Reporting Access
If you were sent credentials to also access the Dashboards or reporting you will want to use the URL below to access this page.
NOTE: In some cases this is built into you Chrome App. If this is the case you will just make the window larger and see the login screen inside this client.

Typically your username is your email and the password was sent in the invitation email (Same as Agent Password)
