Overview

Scheduled Reports allow Admins to automate report delivery on a recurring basis (or one time) using the built-in scheduler. This article explains how to navigate to Scheduled Reports, configure scheduler settings, and apply filters so reports deliver with the correct time range and format.

How to Schedule a Report

Step 1: Navigate to Scheduled Reports

  1. Go to ReportsHistoricCustom ReportsScheduled Reports.
  2. In the top-right corner, select Schedule.

Step 2: Complete Scheduler Information

Fill out the Scheduler Information fields to define the parameters of the scheduled report.

Field Description
Job Name Name of the Scheduled Report.
Reports Select the report you want to schedule. Only one report can be selected.
Cloud Storage / Email Select the delivery method. Choosing Email displays additional fields such as Email ID, Email Subject, and Email Message.
Schedule Start Date and Time The date/time the scheduled delivery begins. This time must be in the future, and any time in the past being inputted will error out. A date and time input is required.
Schedule End Date and Time The date/time the scheduled delivery stops. A date and time input is required.
Export Type Choose the export format: XL, CSV, or PDF.
Frequency How often the scheduled report is delivered: Once, Hourly, Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly, or Custom.

Note: The timezone used for Scheduled Reports is the User Timezone set on the account.

Step 3: Choose Filters for Your Scheduled Report

Configure the report date/time range and any additional fields required by the selected report.

Filter Description
From Date and Time Defines the start of the reporting window used when the report runs. A date and time input is required.
To Date and Time Defines the end of the reporting window used when the report runs. A date and time input is required.

NOTE: This is the start timeframe of the data to be pulled, and is NOT the same as the Schedule Start Date and Time setting in the previous section. Example: To pull data from the start of the 2026, the From Date and Time field should be set to 1/1/2026

Modifying and Checking Created Scheduled Reports

Once built and saved, these reports will appear in the Report Schedule Section. This can be found under ReportsHistoricCustom ReportsScheduled Reports.

From here, reports can be modified, deleted, or checked for status.

To check the status of a report, click under the Details section. This will show the Scheduled Report and also timestamps where applicable.

Created Scheduled Reports can be modified by clicking the Edit button.

Receiving Custom Reports

Via Email

At the scheduled time, the system will deliver the report via email with the requested report in a URL to download.

Same Day Reports

Modifying and Checking Created Scheduled Reports

The Reports Scheduler currently does not offer the ability to pull same day data. Attempting to do so will result in a blank report. To pull same day data, it is recommended to instead download the report directly by going to  ReportsHistoricCustom Reports ➝ Reports List ➝ select the Download button next to the desired Report.

Troubleshooting

My report delivered, but the time range looks wrong.

  • Re-check From Date and Time and To Date and Time filters.
  • If using a recurring schedule, verify the scheduler’s Start and End date/time are correct.

I don’t see the Email fields (Email ID/Subject/Message).

  • In Cloud Storage / Email, select Email to expose the additional email fields.

I expected more filters, but I only see From/To date fields.

  • Secondary fields are report-dependent. Select the correct report under Reports first, then review the filter section.
