Introduction
This guide provides the steps to add and use redirects and the necessary settings configuration.
- Open up or drag over a new Redirect like the example shown below.

- Enter the static Redirect URL: http://10.244.11.225/DDParser/v1/index.php?tag_id=start

Enter the parameters to pass in the redirect
Terms:- Redirect - points calls to another IVR Flow
- flow_id - represents the IVR Flow you wish to pass the call to. You can get the flow_id in the IVR Flows section the the Administration menu.
Optional Parameters: these are only needed when you are also using other features in the IVR Flows.
- campaign_id - this is passed when you are using trackpoints and you need the trackpoints to continue in the IVR Flow you are passing the call to.
- assignedSkill - when you are sending a call to an IVR that could have come from multiple skills you will want to add this variable to the start menu and pass it across to the next IVR Flows so it knows what skill the call was assigned to.
- campaign_name - This variable will also need to be added to the start menu before it can be used. Anytime you need to pass the name of the campaign to the next flow you will pass this variable name to carry it. After call surveys, for example, require the campaign name to be passed so if you are offering an after call survey with the IVR Feedback report, you will want to ensure this is passed.

- Add variables to the start menu. Double click the Start Menu so it opens up on the right.

- Once opened up, scroll down to the first “add new variable” option. Notice when you are scrolling down the list, the list contains already created variables so if they already exist in this list, you won't need to recreate them.

- Add any variables that don't already exist using the box shown below. Stored variables are not commonly used.
