Introduction:
This guide will provide the steps to adding your own music files to your campaigns within Persona Engage.
Steps:
- From the left navigation pane, select “Admin” then “Configurations” and then “Music File.”
- From the Music Files section, select “Add Music” or edit any existing files.
- Enter or edit the name of the music file and enter the URL for the music file and select “Save.”
- Select “Campaigns” from the left navigation pane.
- Open an existing campaign that you would like to add music to.
- Within the campaign, select the “General Info” tab and select “Edit.”
- Scroll down and locate the Music Files section of the General Info tab.
- Select your music file from the drop-down menu for both On Hold and On Transfer.
- Select “Save” to complete the process.
